Job Description :
• Design, develop, and implement secure and scalable cloud solutions using AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, ECS, EKS, AppSync, IAM, VPC, OpenSearch, CloudWatch, SQS, SNS, Step Function, AWS Transfer family, Secrets Manager, AWS System Manager, AWS Config, CloudTrail.
• Design and implement disaster recovery and provision of RDS databases.
• Migrate on-premises applications and databases to the AWS cloud, ensuring minimal downtime and a smooth transition.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, and develop automation scripts to streamline DevOps processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security) to define and implement best practices for AWS development and operations.
• Continuously monitor and optimize AWS resource utilization to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest AWS services, features, and best practices.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues within the AWS environment.
• Develop and document technical solutions.
• Leverage GitHub Actions to create and implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of applications to the cloud.
• Develop custom workflow and GitHub actions required to deliver CI/CD pipeline.
Qualifications :
• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar role with a focus on cloud development and automation of AWS cloud resources.
• Expertise in AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, ECS, EKS, AppSync, IAM, VPC, OpenSearch, CloudWatch, SQS, SNS, Step Function, AWS Transfer family, Secrets Manager, AWS System Manager, AWS Config, CloudTrail, and security best practices.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tool Terraform.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python or Bash for automating tasks and developing automation scripts.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and proficiency in configuring workflows using GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
