- 1-4 years of recruitment experience in non-IT domains like FMCG, Consumer Durables, Oil & Gas, Automobiles, Power, Aerospace, etc.
- Expertise in using Job Portals/Social Networking sites like LinkedIn.
- Experience in handling clients and conducting Head Hunting.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
Business Development Executive / Analyst
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development.
- Ability to identify prospective clients through market research.
- Expertise in Lead Generation and cold calling.
- Track record in client acquisition.
Account Manager
- 3-6 years of experience in managing clients.
- End to End Recruitment Delivery Management.
- Account Management and Client Management.
- Expertise in at least 2 non-IT domains such as FMCG, Consumer Durables, Oil & Gas, Automobiles, Power, Aerospace, etc.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Vertical Head
- 6-10 years of experience in at least 2 non-IT domains like FMCG, Consumer Durables, Oil & Gas, Automobiles, Power, Aerospace, etc.
- Responsible for P & L of the Business Unit.
- Proactive leadership skills.
- Account Management and Client Management.
- End-to-end delivery and team training and development.
